Sympathy
We express our sympathy to the family of Ruth Norman, a former member here at Eisenhower. Ruth passed from this life on Sunday, November 18th. Her funeral services were held here at the building Wednesday, November 21st. Burt Groves officiated the service. Ruth was 88 years old.

Current Concerns
Lee Roy Bell is hospitalized in Fredricksburg, TX and had to have emergency gall bladder surgery on Tuesday, November 20th. He also is suffering from an infection in his intestines; possibly diverticulitis. He is not able to drink or eat any food (only ice cubes) and is running a temperature. The doctors have him on antibiotics at this time.
Ava Camille Simmons, grand-daughter of Susan Simmons is scheduled to have eye surgery the first part of the week. The family has requested our prayers.
Roger and Jonna Hopkins, who are relatives to a friend of LaDonna Chism were involved in a house explosion last Tuesday, November 6th. A combination of propane and oxygen is suspected as the cause of the explosion. The couple has two sons, Thomas who is 11 and Grant who is 6. Grant, the youngest received the least amount of burns which was 20%. The mom and dad are reported as being in an unconscious state. LaDonna’s friend has requested that we pray for her family. The Hopkins do not live in Odessa.

The proud grandparents are James and Debbie Harvey and even prouder are the great grandparents, Max and Fran McFatridge. Karris Kiane was born on her great grandfather’s birthday. Everyone is doing fine.

Thank you
The words "thank you" just aren’t enough to say in our great time of need and loss of Shane, but we do thank you for all the acts of kindness shown to all of the Callendar and Street families. The cards, food, visits and just all the hugs and I love you. Everyone is just amazed of my Christian Family.
In Christian Love, Glenna Callendar, Maura, Damon & Morgan Callendar, Shawn Callendar & family
